Afton Ridge is a one-story multi-tenant facility that offers flex, light manufacturing and distribution to both large and small companies. Located along I-85 in Concord, NC, facility owners wanted a building design that would capture the spirit of their enterprise and present a dramatic view from the adjacent interstate. To accomplish this goal, we created an impressive entry facade with wood slat siding, framed by thirty-degree angles. Each corner of the 360,000 square foot building incorporates this impactful entrance, allowing multiple tenants to utilize the facility and each have their own front door. Included in the design are several cross-dock locations for loading of freight and shipment.
