Nevada Business Park is the newest Charlotte-area industrial business park located near the I-77/ Westinghouse Boulevard interchange. The project consists of three Class A+ industrial buildings ranging from 48,000 to 177,000 square feet.
The modern exterior design features tilt-up construction with high contrast paint finishes, softened by faux wood blades and paneling. Large spans of glazing paired with a metal canopy give both the corner and in-line entrances an individual presence on the facade. Materials were carefully selected to provide a modern aesthetic that is both attractive and cost-effective.
The Nevada Business Park is currently under construction and expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
