North Carolina law firm Poyner Spruill tasked Wagner Murray with renovating their Charlotte office. Located on the 23rd and 24th floors of One Wells Fargo Center in uptown Charlotte, the office suite showcases expansive views across the city skyline.
The overarching design goal was to modernize and soften the environment while working with existing traditional elements in the office, and inspired by a residential aesthetic. A combination of luxurious finishes, sophisticated colors, rich textures, and classic lighting were implemented to achieve this goal. At the heart of the office, the central open staircase leading visitors and clients, from the lobby to the second level conference area, was given new life. Beautifully crafted wooden railings frame an iconic law inspired wall mural that draws the eye in and seamlessly connects the two floors.
