You may have already had the pleasure of meeting Sarah Pfeffer since she joined our team this summer, but we’d like to formerly introduce you, and welcome her to Wagner Murray!
Joining our team as an Associate / Architectural Designer with over 11 years of experience, Sarah Pfeffer has a proven record of guiding projects to successfully achieve her client’s design vision and goals. She has held the lead architectural design role in multiple project types including retail, mixed-use, office, restaurant, residential, and historic preservation projects located across 15 states and in 3 countries. Her project experience ranges from 1,000 square foot upfits to over a million square feet of mixed-use development.
Sarah’s expertise is in design and documentation through all project phases with a specialization in 3d modeling, rendering, and animation. Her focus on client relations paired with a diverse design background allows her to create unique and memorable environments that enhance and uphold the client’s vision. She approaches each project with excitement and energy, and is always eager for the next design challenge.
Sarah graduated from Clemson University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, and went on to complete her fifth-year professional degree at NC State University in 2014. She is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Charlotte, and is affiliated with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
